We are solving the leaky metrics issue
How many times during a given month does your business miss phone calls, handle calls poorly or miss opportunities for sales because of just not being there when the prospect is? How many calls come in after hours that you miss? Our goal is to cut down on the LEAKAGE in a small business by proactively revealing all these issues to save small businesses money!
Recently we added a feature that we refer to as leaky shortcuts. This allows users to easily click to the potential good or bad phone call(s) going on really easily. In essence, this feature allows users to skip straight to the things that are causing leakage in their business.
